I bought these for training my GSP in Georgia and for hunting in ND. They slide on/off with no issues, keep my legs dry and repelled burs. Even protected my from stray #5 pheasant load. Only issue is that my inseam in 34 and the cuff of my pants hangs down about 1 inch below (I own the regular). I compared these to someone else's who owed Filson's Double tin and they are pretty much the same. Given the abuse I punish my equipment with and they have lasted for at least one year, I plan on continue buying Boyt products.
